When we landed we had to wait 40 minutes for them to come and pick us up and take us to our car. There were other companies that came by three times while we were waiting...I understand that if they know the flight number and approximate arrival time they should plan the times better.

First and last time I use this car park...when I pick up the car I find ashes and a rolling tobacco nozzle, when in my car I neither smoke nor let smoke...when I tell him what happened the first thing he tells me: that it is impossible and that the ashes must have been me.... He also swears to me that it wasn't me...I tell him that I don't complain for fun and he continues to insist that it must have been me. It's so easy to recognise a mistake I will never use this car park again, it has left a lot to be desired and I don't understand why they have to smoke inside the vehicles. Shameful

Great experience. We didnt need to way for a minute before they turned on the van and head us to the airport. Same thing at the round trip. Also they had the courtessy of washing my car. Nice guys. I am sure I am choosing them again for upcoming parks!
